4Com Continues Acquisition Streak: Purchase of Meridian IT Communications’ Customer Base Adds Another 89 Customers

4Com, a leading provider of business telephone systems, has today announced the successful acquisition of the business telecoms customers of Meridian IT Communications Ltd. The acquisition, which was completed on 9th May, will be 4Com’s fifth deal in the past 12 months and will add another 89 customers to 4Com’s already 13,000 strong customer base. 

Meridian IT Communications are a Hampshire-based telecommunications provider, offering a full range of communication devices and high-value services to suit all organisations around the UK. This customer base acquisition follows 4Com’s purchases of Midshire Telecom, Eastern Voice and Data, the business telecoms customer base of Bluebell Cloud Solutions and the acquisition of Reach Digital Telecoms.
