As a HiHi2 user, you have access to the mobile app, HiHi Connect. This app allows you to use your mobile phone as an extension of your deskphone, ensuring you are always available from wherever you are working.
When your HiHi2 deskphone rings, you can simply answer the call via HiHi Connect app on your mobile, which also offers video calling functionality and access to your call management settings and phonebook.
Accessing your Voicemail on HiHi Connect
HiHi Connect still gives you the ability to access your voicemail inbox when you are away from your HiHi2. To listen to your voicemails, dial 555* and enter your 4-digit passcode followed by #. You’ll then have access to listen to your new and saved voicemails in your inbox.
*Depending on your organisations’s extension range, you may have to dial 55 or 5555 to access your voicemail. If you are unsure about this, or your voicemail passcode, please contact the Support team.
Setting Voicemail Greetings via HiHi Connect
You can easily add or amend voicemail greetings via the HiHi Connect app, including the ‘busy’ or ‘no answer’ greetings. To do this, you will firstly need to access your voicemail inbox, then watch the video below corresponding to the greeting you wish to change.
