As a HiHi2 user, you have access to the mobile app, HiHi Connect. Giving you the ability to make and take calls from anywhere, the app also gives you access to your phonebook, voicemail and call management settings.
If you know that you are going to be unavailable to answer calls, HiHi Connect gives you a range of options to divert your calls to either a saved contact or a mobile number, ensuring that any calls to your direct line are continued to be answered. This improves customer services and also improves productivity, as you won’t return to a long list of missed calls. Calls can also be diverted straight through to your voicemail if you wish.
